1. Returns & Exchanges

• Size Exchange: Exchanges for size-related issues can be requested once the item is received. Please note that the customer will be responsible for the delivery fees associated with the exchange.

• Sale Items: No returns or exchanges will be accepted for sale items. All sales on these items are final.

• Returns for Quality Dislike: If you do not like the quality of the product, you may return it, but the delivery fees will be deducted from your refund.

• Custom Orders : No Returns on Custom Orders will be accepted.

2. Damage Claims

• Video Evidence Required: To ensure that claims regarding damaged items are valid, please make a video of the unboxing process. This is a mandatory requirement, as any damage claims made without video evidence will not be accepted.

3. Return Process

• Initiating a Return: Returns can only be initiated within 2 days of receiving your product. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us via WhatsApp message at 7488141615 or email at cksaw70@gmail.com. Any returns or refunds will not be processed if this timeframe is not followed.

4. Refunds

• Refund Conditions: Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. Please note that the shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

5. Shipping Costs

• Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong or damaged item.

6. General Terms

• Items must be returned in their original condition: unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging.

• All returns and exchanges are subject to approval based on the conditions outlined above.

• To ensure a smooth process, please keep the original packaging and any tags intact until you are fully satisfied with your purchase.
